108-2 學期學生宿舍進住相關注意事項：
Dormitory check-in Notice for
2020 Spring Semester
一、 進住時間：
2020.2.29(六 Sat.)～2020.3.1(日 Sun.)
宿舍進住日才開放家長至宿舍房間幫忙搬運行李
（5點半後不得入內）
入住時間為每日上午 9 點至下午 5 點半止；
請至各宿舍一樓大廳指定位置向宿舍幹部辦理進住手續。
服務台/中控室服務時間為上午 8:00 至晚間 9:00，逾時則無法協助。
a.進住時請攜帶註冊繳費單、學生證、身分證等相關身分證件，以備查驗並發放房門卡。
b.就貸生請攜帶就貸登錄資料、台銀對保單、可貸金 額明細表，以查證貸款金額是否含有校內住宿費。（若未貸校內住宿費，請於開學後補繳就貸差額）
c.如因個人因素要延後進住者(3/2後)，請至下列網址填寫申請表。

二、
寒假住宿申請
1.
2月14日前有申請寒住的同學仍可續住目前安排的寒住床位(有異動者將另行通知)，如欲取消住宿，請線上填寫表單，以利床位統整，寒住退費將於開學後第二週進行統整（請於3月6日前填寫表單或到生輔組辦理）。2月14日為原寒假撤宿日，未申請延長住宿者，請於當天離開宿舍。

2/14-2/28為配合校園防疫工作，有條件開放寒住申請，如有特殊需求［例：境外生未出境者或其他因素必須住宿者（請提出理由／證明）］，請於2月12日前申請延長寒假住宿且需繳費（宿舍床位將另行安排，如床位不足或非必須入住原因者則拒絕入住，寒住延長繳費時間將另行通知），其餘住宿生一律於2月29日後回校。

三、進住時的車輛配合注意事項：

1.由於宿舍腹地狹小，車輛不易迴轉及會車，請配合交管同學指揮及引導停放停車場，車輛不可放置於一六宿前（如有特別需求，請先向生輔組提出申請）。
2.車輛進入學校請參閱附件一地圖，事先規劃時段及路線，並儘量自行攜帶搬運工具，以節省時間。

to be inspected and get your room key.
b. Local
students who have student loan should bring the documents.

B.
Winter Stay：
1. You may stay in your current room for winter
accommodation before Feb. 14(There will be a further notice if you need to
change the room.). If you’d like to cancel your reservation for winter stay,
please fill in the online form before Mar. 6. The refund procedure will be
started at the second week of spring semester. The check-out date for winter
stay will be Feb. 14 if you don’t apply for the extension.

2. In order to prevent the coronavirus outbreak, we don’t accept winter accommodation application during
2/14-2/28. However, if you are overseas students or you have must-to-do reason
to stay in the dorm, please apply the extension winter accommodation.
Otherwise, please go back to school after Feb. 29. Please apply the

C.
The Notice
for vehicles while you check in
1/2. While checking out, please park your car at the
parking lot and bring your own tools to move your luggage.
3. You can check the attachment to see the school map
to enter the school. The most crowded period for check-in will be Sunday
afternoon.
