115學年第1學期宿舍生活座談活動
一、公告對象：全體住宿生。
二、預定於115年11月4日(三)下午16:00至18:00，於S 棟708會議廳舉行。
三、請同學針對宿舍仍需改進的地方提出寶貴意見，請至南臺學生聯合服務中心或各宿舍大廳匿名意見箱填寫。

四、本次意見反映，將於座談會前分送業管單位研處，處理情形並於會中彙整報告。
五、參加對象及報到方式：
1. 各宿舍雙號寢室須派寢室長（原則上為第一床，若為空床則依序遞補）或至少一名寢室代表出席。
2. 若全寢室皆無法出席，須辦理請假手續。
3. 單號寢室同學亦歡迎參加，惟因場地座位有限，請配合現場工作人員之座位安排。
4. 當日15:30開始報到，請於16:00前完成報到並就定位。
六、假單受理時間:即日起至11/3 (二)每日9:00-12:00，14:30-17:00，不含例假日。
七、缺席處分：活動當日將進行點名，無故未到者依「南台科技大學學生獎懲要點」第九條第一款「無故未參加重要集會」予以申誡處分。

Dormitory Life Forum for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026
1. Target Audience: All dormitory residents.
2. Date, Time, and Venue: November 4, 2026 (Wednesday), from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Conference Room 708, Building S.
3. Suggestions and Feedback: Students are encouraged to share suggestions regarding areas of the dormitory that need improvement. Please submit your feedback through the STUST Student Joint Service Center or the anonymous suggestion boxes in each dormitory lobby.

4. Handling of Feedback: All feedback will be forwarded to the relevant administrative units for review and follow-up before the forum. A written summary of the handling status will be presented during the forum.
5. Attendance and Check-in Procedures:
◆Each even-numbered room in every dormitory must send its room leader (normally Bed 1; if unoccupied, the next occupied bed will be designated) or at least one room representative to attend.
◆If no one in the room is able to attend, the entire room must submit a leave request.
◆Students from odd-numbered rooms are also welcome to attend. However, seating is limited, so please follow the instructions of the staff regarding seating arrangements.
◆Check-in begins at 3:30 PM. All participants must complete check-in and be seated by 4:00 PM.
◆Leave Request Submission Period: From now until November 3, 2026 (Tuesday), between 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:30 PM–5:00 PM daily, excluding weekends and public holidays.
7. Disciplinary Action for Absence: Attendance will be taken during the forum. Students who are absent without an approved reason will receive a reprimand in accordance with Article 9, Subparagraph 1, “Failure to Attend Important Assemblies Without Justification,” of the STUST Student Disciplinary Regulations.
