📢 第六宿舍 114-2 學期小冰箱租用公告
1. 租金費用 : 每學期每台新臺幣 1,000 元。
2. 繳費方式 : 僅限 現場現金 付款。
3. 請期間 : 即日起至 115 年 3 月 2 日（星期一）截止，請使用
學校 Google 帳號 登入線上表單申請。

5. 申請資格:
（一）單人房、雙人房住宿生及宿舍幹部可優先申請（以寢室為單位）。
（二）其他房型住宿生亦可提出申請，但須參加電腦抽籤。
6. 抽籤結果公告:
中籤名單、候補名單 5 名，以及繳費與冰箱領取時間，將於 3 月 5 日（星期四）下午 5:00
公布。
7. 冰箱領取 :
抽籤結果公告後將寄送通知信件，請依照信件指示至指定地點領取冰箱。

Eligibility
(1) Students in single or double
rooms, as well as dormitory staff, have priority (applications are made by
room).
(2) Students in other room types may
also apply but will be subject to a computer lottery.

Lottery Results
Announcement:
The list of selected applicants, 5
waitlisted applicants,
along with the payment and
refrigerator pick-up schedule,
will be announced on Thursday, March 5, at 5:00 PM.

announced, a notification email will be sent.
Please follow the instructions in
the email to collect your refrigerator.
