[114-2] 申請「調整宿舍、房型或房間」及「新申請住宿」相關注意事項 STUST 2026 Spring Semester Student Dormitory Application for changing the room/room type or new comersㄧ、床位狀況：目前尚有床位，統一採填表登記。
二、申請方式：
請自行下載並填寫申請表，並於期限內送至生活輔導組或傳真至 06-2535254（施小姐）。若採傳真，請務必電話確認是否收件成功。
三、申請時間：
調整房型（表一）：114/11/24 起至 114/12/5 中午 12:00 止。
新申請住宿（表二）：即日起至床位額滿為止。
四、調整宿舍／房型／房間（表一）：
請於意願欄註記欲調整的房型（如：三宿 2 人雅房），未填寫者恕不受理。
若登記人數超過該房型數量，依申請表收件順序辦理。
所填意願均無床位時，將維持原房間住宿。
新申請住宿（表二）：
請於欄位註記申請房型，與調整房型衝突時以調整者優先。
若有希望同住者，請於備註欄說明，將視床位狀況安排。
五、下學期預估空房：
一宿 4/5 人房、二宿 3 人房、三宿 2 人雅房及 4 人房、六宿 4 人房。
※ 2 人／3 人房床位極少，建議以 4、5 人房為主。
六、結果公告：115/1/5
16:00 後公告於宿網及臉書。
七、住宿費繳納：新申請入住者之住宿費將併同學雜費繳交。
申請通過後，如非休退學身分而要求退宿，將依宿舍管理辦法第 12 條辦理，請審慎申請。
八、退宿規定：依宿舍管理辦法，住宿需滿一學年。第二學期因個人因素欲退宿者，請依第 12 條辦理（表格請至宿舍專區下載退宿申請表），並依辦理時間計算收/退費。

Spring Semester Student Dormitory Application for changing the room/room type
or new comers
1. We have some empty beds available for students to
apply currently.
2. You can fill in the form below and send the form
to Living Supervision Division or FAX to 06-2535254.
3. The application period for changing the room is
from 2025/11/24 to 2025/12/5, 12:00PM.
The new application will be stopped until the empty beds are full-up.
4. If you apply for changing
the room or adjusting the room type, please fill in the form 1:
If you have favorite room type to apply, please mark it in the willing blank. (Ex:
Dorm VI, single room) If you do not fill in the blank, we don’t accept your
application. If there are many dorm residents applying for the same room type,
the dorm management will arrange the room through your application sequential
order. If there’s no suitable room type for you, you may stay in your current
room.
If you are a new
comer to apply for the dorm, please fill in the form 2:
If you have favorite room type to apply, please mark it in the willing blank. (Ex:
Dorm VI, single room)
If there’s no suitable room which you may choose, the dorm management will
choose the room type for you.
5. We estimate that there will be, quadruple rooms, five-person rooms available in Dorm I, girl’s quadruple
rooms available in dorm VI, boy’s double room, quadruple room available in Dorm
III and Dorm VI.
6. We will announce the result on 2026/1/5, 16:00PM.
7. Students who apply for the dorm can pay the dorm
fee with your tuition and miscellaneous fee simultaneously. Once you apply and
have been approved, you cannot apply for checkout unless you transfer, or suspend
from school. Please think twice before you apply for the dorm.
8. Based on the dorm regulations, you have to stay in
the dorm for one academic year (two semesters). If you may move out for your
personal reason, you have to do the check-out procedure based on the
regulation, Article 12. Please download the check-out form at
the dorm website.
