二、申請對象：本校學生。
三、住宿時間：114年6月22日至8月29日共計十週
(8/29需撤宿，下學期有住宿者回新學期住宿寢室，
下學期無住宿者須離宿。)
四、申請方式：採上網登錄申請，點選要住週數。網址：https://aura.stust.edu.tw/dorm_draw_old/vacation_dorm.aspx
五、本學期暑假開放第六宿舍供同學住宿，僅有四人房選項亦只開放部分時段提供同學選擇，不在選項內的時段不開放申請，敬請配合！住宿費用以週數次計算，一週690元/人，二週1380/人，以此類推，週日至週日為一個計價單位，不足一週以一週計算。提出申請後如不需住宿請先通知生輔組，未告知者將考慮停止接受該生未來申請寒暑住住宿申請之權利！

六、預計繳費時間訂於114年6月12日至114年6月22日。請同學審慎選擇住宿週數。繳費後如無法住宿需於開學後一周內提出申請（2025/9/12截止申請），逾時無法辦理退費。
(進住時需繳交繳費證明，無法提出者，亦不得辦理進宿)
七、暑假登記住宿並完成繳費同學6/22起需移至六宿統一集中住宿。(一、二、三宿暑假封閉不開放！)
八、非暑假住宿生務必於114年6月22日中午12：00時前遷出，以利宿舍內部整理及暑假住宿進住，不便之處，煩請見諒。

STUST 2025 Summer Vacation Housing Application
1.

Please apply for summer stay during
this period.
2. Target applicants: STUST students
3. Summer stay period: Jun. 22
to Aug. 29, 2025, 10 weeks in total.
(Go back to your semester room on Aug. 29, or
check out from the dorm.)
4. Way to apply: Please register on the Internet and
choose the period you will stay. The website is as below (Chinese and English
versions are both available.): https://aura.stust.edu.tw/dorm_draw_old/vacation_dorm.aspx
5. We open dorm VI for dorm residents to stay and only
provide few options for you to choose your stay. We calculate your staying
period by “week” (from Sunday to Sunday). One
week is NT$690 per person. Two- week fee is NT$1, 380 per person and so on. Once
you apply for the dorm, please inform first if you change your mind not to
stay, or we may stop your right to apply for the dorm for summer/winter stay in
the future.

6. The estimated payment duration is from Jun.
12 to Jun. 22 2025. Please choose your staying period carefully. If you’d like
to apply for the refund because of your personal reason, please apply for it in
one week after the semester starts (Please submit your application before 2025/9/12. Late
application will not be accepted).
(You need to
show the receipt while you check in. If you cannot show the receipt, you cannot
complete the procedure for check-in.)
7. Students who reserve and pay the dorm fee can check in the dorm for summer stay on Jun. 22. (We’ll
close Dorm I/II/III during summer break.)
8. If you are not the summer stay
residents, please move out from the dorm before 12:00PM Jun. 22, 2025 so that the dorm crew can clean the environment for the summer stay
residents.
