112學年度第一學期期末撤宿及寒假住宿注意事項：

check-out Notice
一、 為配合寒假住宿生進住第六宿舍與各宿舍修繕工程，需要配合淨空的寢室為 (男生65間、女生58間)，如附件1，請將個人物品清空，可裝箱放置於各宿交誼廳。
二、 非淨空寢室同學不用清空：物品留原房，房間需整理乾淨，垃圾自行丟棄，個人物品請裝箱置放於櫃子內或桌子下方(自行加鎖，遺失概不負責)，經檢查合格後，方可離開【欲提早離宿者，需先向樓長申請提早檢查】。未服從規定者，依各宿幹部呈報論處。(如有申請下學期調房且調房成功者，也須將物品清空放置到下學期宿舍的交誼廳)
三、 請六宿指定寒住房間(須搬遷淨空)同學於撤宿時間結束前遷出(學校提供13樓交誼廳供同學擺放行李，並請同學將行李裝箱，貼上名條標籤點交件數後整齊擺放)，未按時遷出者以校規懲處。(六宿10-13F有申請寒住的同學原則上安排原房住宿，未申請寒住者請將行李擺放至交誼廳)
四、宿舍撤宿時間自113年1月5日(五)下午13：00至17:00、
1月6日(六) 9:00至17:00，1月7日(日) 9:00至12：00時止。 (寒假住宿第一週進住時間為7日14：00起）
五、撤宿時的車輛配合注意事項：
1.校內宿舍腹地狹小，車輛不易迴轉/會車，請配合交管指揮及引導停放停車場，不可停在宿舍前。
2.期末撤宿時家長車輛可於G棟前路邊臨停區上行李。請撤宿同學將行李「全部」搬運至Ｇ棟前行李暫放區之後，通知家長與Ｇ棟交管同學，家長車輛行駛至Ｇ棟路邊上行李後離開學校。
3.車輛進入學校請參閱附件2地圖，事先規劃時段及路線，並儘量自行攜帶搬運工具，以節省時間。
4.車輛進入校園請貼「車輛進校通行證明」於前擋玻璃前（附件4，請自行下載）。
六、第一、二、三宿舍於113年1月7日18：00時前關閉。
七、112-2住宿生開學返校進住時間為113年2月17日至2月18日兩天；進住時間為每日上午9點至下午5點止。請至各宿舍一樓大廳向宿舍幹部辦理進住手續。
(寒住生最晚於113年2月16日中午12：00時前完成清潔檢查，回到原住宿寢室或將行李置放交誼廳)。
八、112-2住宿費併於學雜費出單繳費。
(宿舍住宿為一學年上下學期，如下學期因個人因素不住宿者，
請盡速繳交退宿申請表，酌收1/3~1/2下學期住宿費)
九、寒假期間非寒住同學不得以任何理由進入宿舍。
十、其他有關進、撤宿相關規定洽各宿幹部，未盡事宜得另行公告。
112學年度寒假住宿進住
一、寒假住宿同學的房號請於網路查詢（1/3後開放）:

二、寒假住宿時間：113.1.7~113.2.16中午止。
進住六宿時間：113.1.7 14：00後
(係第一週住宿的人適用，最後一週入住請於2/11後辦理進住)。
非六宿住宿生欲寒住可於1/7上午撤宿後至六宿一樓多功能教室暫放行李，請於行李上方貼上名條標籤，最晚請於1/7晚上六點前辦理進住並將行李移到寒住房，逾時則以廢棄物論處。
撤宿時間：113.2.16 中午12：00前。
三、 寒假住宿生繳費時間：112年12月28日至113年1月7日
請務必依規定繳費時間按時繳費，繳費完攜收據辦理進住。
四、繳費方式為上網列印繳費單至銀行繳費或至便利超商繳費

五、1月7日進住時，請攜帶證件、收據，以備查驗及辦理進住。
六、進宿時請領取房門卡乙張，撤宿時繳回卡片並清掃環境完成(請於2月16日中午12:00前完成寒假撤宿，有住宿者可回學期房)。
七、申請住宿者，應恪遵本校相關住宿規範，違犯者依校規處分。

1. There
are 65 boy’s rooms and 58 girl’s rooms
for winter stay and repair work. The list is
as the attachment. Please keep your room clear and pack your luggage to the
living room at 13F.
2.
If your room number is not as the attachment,
you don’t need to move your luggage to other place. All you have to do is pack
and store it in the closet and under the table. Please take the luxuries with
you, the dorm management takes no responsibility for any items
stored, lost, or stolen. Please ask your floor leader for check-out
inspection.
If you don’t follow the directions from the dorm committee members, you may get
demerit points.
3.
If your room number is as the
attachment, please keep your room clear and empty. (You can put your luggage at
the living room on 13F. Please stick a name tag on your luggage.) The living
room will be closed during the winter.
4.
The time for the semester dormitory
check-out is from 2024/01/5 (Fri) 13:00PM to17:00, 2024/01/6 (Sat) 9:00AM to17:00,
2024/01/7(Sun) 9:00AM to 12:00PM (The check-in time for winter stay is on
2024/01/07, after 14:00 PM
5.
While checking out, please park your
car at the parking lot and bring your own tools to move your luggage.
6.
Dorm I, II and Dorm III will be closed
at 18:00 PM, 2024/1/7.
7.
The check-in time for 2024 spring
semester is from 2024/2/17 to 2024/2/18, 9:00AM to 17:00PM.
(If you stay in the dorm for the winter break, please clean up the winter accommodation
and go back to your previous room on 2024/2/16.)
8. The dorm fee for 2024 spring semester will be combined
with your tuition. You don’t need to pay it separately.
9.
If you don’t apply for the winter
stay, there’s no any excuse or reason for you to enter the dorm.
10.

check-out, please ask the dorm committee members or Ms. Sunny Shih for help.
2024 dorm check-in for winter stay
1.

The winter stay is from 2024/1/7 to 2024/2/16
The check-in time is from 2024/1/7, after14:00PM
The check-out time for winter stay is before 12:00PM 2024/2/16(Please
go back to your previous semester room.)
If you’ll stay in dorm VI during winter break, after you check out from your
semester dorm on Jan.7 morning, you may put your luggage temporarily at the
functional room at dorm VI, 1F. Please check in and take your luggage for
winter stay before 18:00, Jan. 7. The luggage will be disposed as waste if
overdue.
3.
The payment duration for winter stay
is from 2023/12/28 to 2024/1/7. Please PAY
before you check in (with the receipt).
4.
You can download the slip from the
website below or ask the reception to download it for you. (You can ask Ms.

5.
Please bring your student ID card and
receipt with you when you check in for the winter stay.
6.
While you check out, please hand in
the room card and clean up your own bed.（Please check out before P.M.12:00, Feb. 16.）

while you stay in the dorm.
