111-2學期學生宿舍進住相關注意事項：
Dormitory check-in Notice for 2023 Spring Semester
一、進住時間 Check-in Date：
2023.2.11(六Sat.)～2023.2.12(日Sun.)
每日上午9點至下午5點止；請至各宿舍一樓大廳指定位置向宿舍幹部辦理進住手續。服務台/中控室服務時間為上午8:00至晚間6:00，逾時則無法協助。Please go to the reception and register for
check-in from 9:00AM-5:00 PM. The service hours for the
reception is from 8:00 to 18:00.
1.進住時請攜帶註冊繳費單、學生證或身分證等相關身分證件，以備查驗並發放房門卡。
Please bring your receipt and student ID card to be inspected and get your
room key.
2.就貸生請攜帶就貸登錄資料、台銀對保單、可貸金額明細表，以查證貸款金額是否含有校內住宿費。(若未貸校內住宿費，請於開學後補繳就貸差額，請告知宿舍幹部並填寫住宿繳費保證書即可先入住) Local students who have student loan should bring the documents.
3.如需提前進住者，請至下列網址填寫申請，最早可入住日期為2/10，再提前者請申請寒假住宿：
2/10進住時間：一、三宿為上午9:00起(中午12:00-14:00與晚上18:00後未開放)，六宿為下午14:00起(因有寒假撤宿的關係，敬請見諒！)
If you need to check in the dorm earlier, please apply through the form

二、進住配合注意事項：

to notice when you check in
1.校內宿舍腹地狹小，車輛不易迴轉及會車，請配合交管同學指揮及引導停放停車場，車輛不可放置於一、六宿前。While checking
out, please park your car at the parking lot.
2.車輛進入學校請參閱附件一的地圖，預計星期天中午前後為車潮最大量時段，請事先規劃時段及路線，並自行攜帶搬運工具，以節省時間。
You can check the attachment to see the school map to enter the school.
The most crowded period for check-in will be Sunday afternoon.
3.進住日開放家長/親友進入宿舍，其餘時段不開放！進入宿舍請戴口罩，並請住宿生自備搬運工具。
The dorms are only open to dorm residents’ family and friends during the
check-in dates. / Please wear a face mask while you enter the dorm. Please
prepare your own moving tools with you.
