公告事項：110學年度第二學期宿舍換房及新申請住宿核准名單公告事項
The approved lists for
new applicants and residents who applied for changing the
room/room type at 2022 Spring Semester

Please see the attachment for the approved namelists.
1.換宿/換房/新申請名單如有疑問，請於1/4中午前至生輔組詢問（未核准者不另行公告）逾時視同同意管理單位之安排，住宿生不得異議。各房型住宿依房型數安排住宿生入住，如房間有空床位，住宿生不得拒絕其他人入住，否則將依規定收取差額。（如兩人雅房有空位，但原住宿生拒絕其他人進住，則原住宿生應繳交一人雅房的費用。）
2.110-2申請換房同學請於1月7-9日期末撤宿時清空原房間物品(請將個人行李先撤至各宿交誼廳)。
3.110-2住宿費將與學雜費一同出單，請於期限內完成繳納。
4.新申請住宿或換房之住宿生住宿時間為一學期，111學年度仍需再次申請。
5.宿舍仍有空床，如有需求之同學，請逕向學務處生輔組宿舍承辦人詢問申請。
Note:
1.
If you have any questions about the list above,
please come to LSD (L102) for help before noon on Jan. 4. Overdue application
will not be accepted and you will be assumed to agree the arrangement. You
cannot refuse other dorm residents to move in your room based on the room type,
or we may charge you the difference. (Ex: If you stay in double room alone, and
refuse others to move in, you have to pay the dorm fee for single use.)
2.
The applicants who apply for changing the room should
pack your belongings to the living room first at the end of this semester. (The
check-out duration for this semester is from Jan. 7- Jan. 9.) Please move your
stuffs to the living lounge first.
3.
The dorm fee for 2022 spring semester will be combined
with your tuition. Please download the slip and pay before the semester starts.
4.
The new comers or the applicants who apply for
changing the room can stay in the dorm for one semester. You need to apply for
the dorm again for 2022 fall semester.
5.
There are few beds available in dorms. If you’d
like to apply for it, please ask the dorm management at L102 for help.
