[109-2] 期末撤宿暨暑假住宿公告

一、  109-2期末撤宿日期訂為7月31日至8月1日中午前，請於8月1日中午前將您寢室內的行李打包清空。

本學期撤宿時段：

110.7.31(六) 9:00至17:00

110.8. 1(日) 9:00至12：00時止。

＊(因應疫情，本學期撤宿時間仍不開放家長及非住宿生進入宿舍協助，僅開放家長車輛進入校園，且必須配合交通管制作業、實聯制入校，做好相關防疫措施。)

1.非撤宿日欲提前離宿者請配合填寫提前離宿表(提前離宿表單及時間截止日均為7月30日)，且不開放家長／車輛進入校園。

二、暑假期間未能離宿者，須申請暑假住宿。

    暑假住宿期間為110.8.1(日)至110.8.27(五)12:00止。
暑住申請時間：110.7.23. 12:00起至7.27.09:00止。

1.為加強宿舍人員管控，今年度暑假僅開放三個時段提供同學選擇，不在選項內的時段不開放申請，敬請配合！住宿費用以週數次計算，一週690元/人，四週2760/人，以此類推，週日至週六為一個計價單位。

＊繳交金額配合住宿週次，幹部將會嚴格查稽，同學勿存僥倖心理。

2.預計繳費時間訂於110年8月2日至110年8月9日。請同學審慎選擇住宿週數。繳費後如無法住宿需於開學後一周內提出申請（2021/9/11截止申請），逾時無法辦理退費。

3.暑假登記住宿的同學8/1起需移至六宿統一集中住宿。(一、三宿暑假全棟封閉不開放！)

4.非暑假住宿生務必於110年8月1日中午12：00時前遷出，以利宿舍內部整理及暑假住宿進住，不便之處，請見諒。8月1日14：00~17：00為六宿暑假第一週進住時間；暑假中非宿舍單位人員陪同，不得以任何理由要求進入第一、三宿舍。

三、寢室整潔：一、三、六宿舍離宿前，以寢室為單位，將房間打掃乾淨，垃圾配合環保，也請分類處理，依學校規定地方丟棄，並經各宿宿舍幹部檢查合格後，方可離開。未依規定配合檢查者將依校規處份。

四、所有同學於撤宿時應繳回房門卡(或鑰匙)，未繳交即擅自撤宿者記過處分。

五、撤宿時的車輛配合注意事項：

1.宿舍腹地狹小，車輛不易迴轉會車，請配合交管指揮及引導停放停車場，車輛不可停放於一、六宿前。

2.本學期撤宿開放家長車輛於G棟前路邊臨停區上行李，請撤宿同學將行李「全部」搬運至Ｇ棟前行李暫放區之後，通知家長與Ｇ棟交管同學，家長車輛行駛至Ｇ棟路邊上行李後離開學校。

3.車輛進入學校請參閱附件地圖，事先規劃時段及路線，並儘量自行攜帶搬運工具，以節省時間。

六、全體住宿生開學返校預定進住時間為：

1.新生：110.8.28(六)～110.8.29(日)

新生始業式(新生訓練)預定110.9.2(如有變動再行公告)

2.一般舊生：110.9.4(六)～110.9.5(日)

   ＊請住宿生依上述律定日期，上午9點至下午5點止至各宿舍一樓大廳指定位置向幹部辦理進住手續。

 註：

1.進住時請攜帶宿舍繳費單、學生證(新生請帶身  分證)等相關證件，以備查驗並發放房門卡。

2.110學年度住宿房號(寢室)最晚可於8月25日  上網查詢，或於進住日於各宿服務台查看。

3.提前進住者請填寫線上申請表單，以利人員管控作業。(八月下旬開放表單填寫)

七、暑假住宿同學請於110年8月1日下午14:00~下午17:00攜帶學生證(或相關識別證件) (第一梯次繳費時間8/2~8/9)，至六宿大廳辦理進住手續，住宿期間內需遵守宿舍管理辦法。
暑住房號於7月30日開放查詢。

109-2期末撤宿2021 Spring semester dorm check-out and 2020 Fall semester dorm check-in Notice

Date for check-out:
2021.7.31(Sat.) 9:00 to 2021.8.1(Sun.) 12:00
Dorm I&III will be closed at 17:00PM on Sunday.

2.  The check-in period for summer stay in dorm VI will be 14:00-17:00, Aug. 1, Sunday. You cannot enter dorm I&III unless accompany with the dorm management during the summer break.
a. Please apply the summer accommodation online during July 23 to July 27.

b. Please pay your dorm fee for summer stay during Aug.2 to Aug. 9. If you don’t check in the dorm during the summer break and would like to apply for the refund, please apply for it in one week after the semester starts (Please submit your application before 2020/9/18. Late application will not be accepted).

3.  Please clean your room while checking out from the dorm and do the recycle properly. Please make an appointment with your floor leader for inspection. (If you leave the dorm before Jul. 30, please give the dorm management an early notice.)

4.  Please hand in your room card/key while you check out.

5.  The opposite sex can enter the dorm to assist the dorm residents to check out. The opening period is the same as notice 1.

6.  While checking out, please park your car at the parking lot and bring your own tools to move your luggage.

7.  The estimated check-in period for 2021 Fall semester is:
Freshmen: Aug. 28 & Aug. 29 (From 9:00 to 17:00)

Non-freshmen: Sep. 4 & Sep. 5 (From 9:00 to 17:00)
 (The semester will start on Sep. 6.)

(1) Please bring the payment receipt and student ID with you while you check in.

(2) The new room number can be found online after Aug. 25.

(3) If you need to take an early check-in or a late check-in, please apply online first, the application form will be opened at late August.

8.  The check-in period for summer stay will be 14:00-17:00, Aug. 1. Please bring the payment receipt and the Student ID with you. You can find your room number for summer stay on Jul. 30.
