一、因應疫情變化，本學期宿舍撤宿將順延至三級警戒解除後辦理(另行公告)。三級警戒期間，適逢端午節連假，請住宿生避免不必要移動、活動或集會，如目前已在家中遠距學習者，不建議回校，敬請配合。
二、目前宿舍仍採登記制開放個人申請提前離宿，宿舍自5月25日起開放個人意願提前離宿申請，請比照撤宿作業完成打包並清空房內所有私人物品，下學期有住宿者可放置部分行李於交誼廳；

1. 提前離宿時段：每日上午 9 點至12點、下午2點至 5 點止
一六宿請先找樓長，三宿請至一樓服務台辦理離宿手續（請先打掃房間與打包行李），下午5點後不受理離宿作業。*6/27中午後因宿舍人力驟減，如需辦理離宿者除需提前預約外，等候時間會較久，敬請見諒！
2. 離宿時建議住宿生由家長開車接送為宜，避免搭乘大眾交通工具。另外，為減少人員接觸，與降低住宿生自行搬運行李之情況，建議可多利用郵局／宅配服務寄送行李。如仍須自行運送行李者，請住宿生自行使用搬運工具搬運行李至校外上車。
*紙箱販售與交誼廳開放時間異動情形將另行公告
3.
為配合防疫政策，校園內實施人車管制，目前僅開放本校教職員工生及必要洽公人員入校，學生家長與其車輛無法進入校園內（包含宿舍），請住宿同學配合。
三、暑假住宿順延至學期撤宿完成後才開放進住，有暑住需求之學生請重提申請，屆時將另案公告。延長學期住宿期間不會另行收費，現仍住在宿舍的同學請安心留宿。為掌握留宿人數，請仍在宿舍的同學填寫下列表單：https://forms.gle/To6o7kRJc8cPAuYu5
四、由於疫情變化迅速，為確保所有住宿生的安全與健康，

Dormitory Notice
1.
Due
to the extension of the Level 3 Alert for the pandemic, the dorm check-out for
this semester will be postponed until the Level 3 Alert is removed. We don’t
suggest the dorm residents who are currently at home to come back to the dorm.
2.
You may have an early check-out from May 25. Please pack all your
belongings and clean everything in your room. You may put your stuffs in the
living lounge if you’ve applied to stay in the dorm for next semester. If you’d

a.
Early check
out period: Every day from 9:00 to 12:00 AM
and 14:00 to 17:00 PM. Please tell your floor leader first (Dorm I&VI).
Dorm III residents should go to the reception for check-out. We don’t accept
any check-out after 17:00 PM. *Because we won’t have enough dorm
committee members after Jun.27, if you need to check out, please apply first
and you may have to wait for a bit long to get inspected. We apologize for the
inconvenience occurs.
b.
If you’d
like to leave the dorm, we strongly advice you not to take the public
transportation. You may use the post delivery system to deliver your luggage.
Please note that only dorm residents can enter the dorm.
*The service/opening hours for selling/storing the
storage boxes may vary. There will be a further notice.
c.
The
campus is only open for our students, school staffs and some approved subcontractors. The parents of the dorm residents and their own
vehicles can’t enter the campus (including the dorms). Please cooperate and
obey the rule.
3.
As for the summer accommodation, there will be a further notice after the Level
3 Alert is removed. There’s no extra charge for the extension of your stay,
please stay in your current rooms at ease. In order to know how many residents

4.
Since the condition of the pandemic varies, for
all the students’
safety and health, we may adjust based on the notice of
CECC. We apologize for any inconvenience occurs and thank you for your cooperation.
