109-2學期因應遠距教學至期末學生宿舍公告：
Dormitory Notice due to
distance learning 2021 Spring Semester
一、
因應全國提升為第三級防疫警戒，日前學校已決議於109-2學期改成遠端教學至學期末(日夜間部至6/25、碩專班至7/4)，為配合防疫需求，請住宿生遵守下列幾點規定：
1.
宿舍自5月25日起開放個人意願提前離宿申請，請比照撤宿作業完成打包並清空房內所有私人物品，下學期有住宿者可放置部分行李於交誼廳；未提前離宿者，最晚請於期末6月25日至6月27日中午12點前撤宿離開。提前離宿申請表單：https://forms.gle/76sk9xYPbCo2DzzP9
2.
6月27日後欲延長住宿者，請申請暑假住宿，暑假住宿申請請看另一則公告（5月28日前開放暑住申請或取消）http://dorm.osa.stust.edu.tw/tc/news/48-20314。
二、 提前離宿時段：
1.
每日上午 9 點至12點、下午2點至 5 點止
請至各宿舍一樓大廳指定位置向宿舍幹部辦理離宿手續，下午5點後不受理離宿作業。
2. 離宿時建議住宿生由家長開車接送為宜，避免搭乘大眾交通工具。另外，為減少人員接觸，與降低住宿生自行搬運行李之情況，建議可多利用郵局／宅配服務寄送行李。如仍須自行運送行李者，請住宿生自行使用搬運工具搬運行李至校外上車。為配合防疫政策，目前僅開放本校教職員工生及必要廠商人員入校，家長車輛無法進入，請住宿同學通知家長。
三、
由於疫情變化迅速，為確保所有住宿生的安全與健康，宿舍管理會依中央疫情指揮中心之公告做滾動式的調整，如造成住宿生的不便與困擾，我們在此致上歉意，也感謝您的配合！

1. Our school has extended the online learning period
until the end of the semester, please see the following notes.
a.
You may have
an early check-out from May 25. Please pack all your belongings and clean
everything in your room. You may put your stuffs in the living lounge if you’ve
applied to stay in the dorm for next semester. If you don’t want to leave the
dorm in an early period, please check out from the dorm during Jun 25 to Jun 27
(before 12:00PM). If you’d like to leave

b.
If you’d like
to extend your stay after Jun. 27, please apply for the summer accommodation.

2.
Early check
out
a.
Every day
from 9:00 to 12:00 AM and 14:00 to 17:00 PM
Please go to the reception of each dorm to do the inspection for checking out.
We don’t accept any check-out after 17:00 PM
b.
If you’d
like to leave the dorm, we strongly advice you not to take the public
transportation. You may use the post delivery system to deliver your luggage.
Please note that only dorm residents can enter the dorm. The campus is only
open for our students, school staffs and some approved subcontractors.
3.
Since the
condition of the pandemic varies, for all the students’ safety and health, we
may adjust based on the notice of CECC. We apologize for any inconvenience
occurs and thank you for your cooperation.
