109-2學期學生宿舍進住相關注意事項：
Dormitory check-in Notice for 2021 Spring Semester
一、進住時間 Check-in Date：
2021.2.20(六Sat.)～2021.2.21(日Sun.)
每日上午9點至下午5點止；請至各宿舍一樓大廳指定位置向宿舍幹部辦理進住手續。服務台/中控室服務時間為上午8:00至晚間9:00，逾時則無法協助。
Please go to the reception and register for check-in from 9:00AM-5:00PM.
1.進住時請攜帶註冊繳費單、學生證或身分證等相關身分證件，以備查驗並發放房門卡。
Please bring your receipt and student ID card to be inspected and get your
room key.
2.就貸生請攜帶就貸登錄資料、台銀對保單、可貸金額明細表，以查證貸款金額是否含有校內住宿費。(若未貸校內住宿費，請於開學後補繳就貸差額) Local students who have student loan should bring the documents.
3.如需提前進住者，請至下列網址填寫申請，最早可入住日期為2/19，再提前者請申請寒假住宿：
2/19進住時間：一、三宿為上午9:00起，六宿為下午14:00起(因有寒假撤宿的關係，敬請見諒！)

二、進住時的車輛配合注意事項：
The Notice for
vehicles while you check in
1.校內車行動線已更新，惟因宿舍腹地狹小，車輛不易迴轉及會車，仍請配合交管同學指揮及引導停放停車場，車輛不可放置於一、六宿前。
2.本學期試行家長車輛於G棟前路邊臨停區下行李，請進住同學之家長車輛於Ｇ棟前行李暫放區下完「全部」行李後，即開走車輛停至停車場。
3.車輛進入學校請參閱附件一的地圖，預計星期天中午前後為車潮最大量時段，請事先規劃時段及路線，並自行攜帶搬運工具，以節省時間。
