108-2 學期學生宿舍防疫退宿申請公告：

2020 Spring semester Dorm check-out application

一、  說明
因應防疫需求，為使宿舍保有彈性使用空間以及讓有疑慮的同學/家長安心，108-2學期辦理退宿改採通勤上學或校外賃居者，放寬退宿審查標準，免收1/3住宿費。

Due to the prevention for the coronavirus outbreak, if dorm residents who want to move out from the dorm, you don’t have to pay the penalty (one third of semester dorm fee)

二、  辦理方式

1. 3月9日前提出退宿申請且搬出宿舍者，免收1/3住宿費（退宿申請表如附件，填寫完成後請繳回生輔組），已繳交之住宿費於全校統一退費時退費至住宿生郵局帳戶（請確認e網通內已登錄郵局帳號）。
註：2月29日至3月9日緩衝期間仍可住宿宿舍。

2. 3月9日後提出退宿申請者，仍應依宿舍規定繳交相關費用。

3. 上學期末至寒假期間如因個人因素已辦理退宿者，將一視同仁免收第二學期住宿費，宿舍費退費同上述作業辦理。

1. Please apply the dorm check-out and move out before Mar. 9. There’s no one-third dorm fee penalty needed. If you’ve paid, you may get the refund later.
Note: During Feb. 29 to Mar. 9, you can still stay in the dorm.

2. If you send the check-out application after Mar. 9, you still have to pay some penalty.

3. If you’ve applied check-out during winter break, we may rearrange your payment and give you refund later.
