公告事項：108學年第1學期住宿生座談會意見反映填寫相關注意事項
1.公告對象：全體住宿生。
2.預定於108年10月16日下午16:00至17:00 假N棟音樂廳舉行。
3.請同學針對宿舍仍需改進的地方提出寶貴意見(請自行上網填寫)。 填寫網址：http://portal.stust.edu.tw/dorm_draw_old/suggestion.aspx
4.上網填寫時間自108年9月23日起至30日17:30 止。
5.本次意見反映，將於座談會前分送業管單位研處，處理情形並於會中彙整書面資料報告。
6.參加同學: 由各宿「單號寢室」室長(第一床為室長，若為空床依次類推)或代表一人，當日15:30開始報到，並於15:50前就位完畢。
7.當日將進行點名，未到者依「南臺科技大學學生獎懲要點」第九條第一款「無故未參加重要集會」申誡處分辦理。

about the dorm for discussion through the website. Any comments are
appreciated!

The period that you can share your comments
through the Internet: September 23 to September 30, 5:30 PM.

All the comments will be sent to the responsible
divisions and will be replied by paperwork.
6.
Participants for the symposium: In each dorm, the
even number of the dorm rooms should at least assign one person to attend the symposium.
You can start to sign in at 3:30 PM and should be seated before 3:50PM.
7.
The LSD will make a roll call at the symposium. If
no one in your room (even number rooms) shows up at the drill, every person in
your room may be recorded a demerit according to the Reward and Demerit Policy
of STUST, Article 9, “Absence for the important gathering without proper
reasons”.
