107學年度學生宿舍暑假撤、離宿及108學年第一學期進住相關注意事項：
2019 Spring
semester dorm check-out and 2019 Fall semester dorm check-in Notice
一、 離宿時間:
108.6.23(日)13:00至17:00
108.6.26(三) 8:00至17:00
108.6.29(六) 8:00至11:00時止
(如有特殊狀況，請洽各樓長詢問)
一、三宿於暑假將完全封閉。
二、108.6.29(六)14：00~17：00為六宿暑假第一週進住時間；暑假中非宿舍單位人員陪同，不得以任何理由要求進入第一、三宿舍。
三、寢室整潔：一、三、六宿舍離宿前，以寢室為單位，將房間打掃乾淨，垃圾配合環保，也請分類處理，依學校規定地方丟棄，並經各樓樓長檢查合格後，方可離開。【欲提早離宿者，須先向樓長申請提早檢查。】未依規定配合檢查者將依校規處份。
四、所有同學於撤宿時應繳回房門卡(或鑰匙)，未繳交即擅自撤宿者記過處分。
五、表訂撤宿時間開放家長及異性進入協助，時間與第一點相同。樓長請於日間不定時巡查並於每晚9點時實施安全檢查。
六、全體住宿生開學返校預定進住時間為：
新生：108.8.31(六)～108.9.1(日)
新生始業式(新生訓練)預定108.9.5
一般舊生：108.9.7(六)～108.9.8(日)
預定108.9.9 正式開始上課(如有變動再行公告)
每日上午9點至下午5點止；請至各宿舍一樓大廳指定位置向幹部辦理進住手續。
註：
1.進住時請攜帶宿舍繳費單、學生證等相關證
件，以備查驗並發放房門卡。
2.108學年度住宿房號(寢室)最晚可於8月27日
上網查詢，或於進住日於各宿服務台查看。
3.提前進住者請填寫線上申請表單，以利人員管控
作業。(八月下旬開放表單填寫)
4.108學年度起，宿舍進住時家長車輛一率停放
學校停車場，宿舍前廣場不開放停車，請自備
搬運工具。
七、暑假住宿同學請於108年6月29日下午14:00~下午17:00攜帶繳費收據
(第一梯次繳費時間6/12~6/29)及學生證(或相關識別證件)，至六宿大廳辦理進住手續，住宿期間內需遵守宿舍管理辦法。
暑住房號於6月20日開放查詢。

(Any special occasions occur, please report it to
your floor leader.)
Dorm I&III will be closed at 17:00PM on Saturday.
2.
The check-in period for summer stay in
dorm VI will be 14:00-17:00, Jun 29, Saturday. You cannot enter dorm I&III unless
accompany with the dorm management during the summer break.
3.
Please clean your room while checking
out from the dorm and do the recycle properly. Please make an appointment with
your floor leader for inspection. (If you leave the dorm before Jun. 23, please
give the dorm management an early notice.)
4.
Please hand in your room key while you
check out.
5.
The opposite sex can enter the dorm to
assist the dorm residents to check out. The opening period is the same as
notice 1.
6.
The estimated check-in period for 2019
Fall semester is:
Freshmen: Aug. 31 & Sep. 1 (From 9:00 to 17:00)
Non-freshmen: Sep. 7 & Sep. 8 (From 9:00 to 17:00)
(The semester will start at Sep. 9.)
(1) Please bring the payment receipt and student ID with you while
you check in.
(2) The new room number can be found online after Aug. 27.
(3) If you need to take an early check-in or a late check-in,
please apply online first, the application form will be opened at late August.
7.
The check-in period for summer stay
will be 14:00-17:00, Jun. 29. Please bring the payment receipt, Student ID with
you.
You can find your room number for summer stay on Jun. 20.
