公告事項：107學年寒假期間申請住宿學生宿舍規定

一、申請時間：107年11月28日09:00起至12月12日12:00止

二、申請對象：本校學生。

三、住宿時間：107年1月13日至2月15日共計五週
(2/15回下學期寢室)

四、申請方式：採上網登錄申請，點選要住週數。網址：
https://aura.stust.edu.tw/dorm_draw_old/vacation_dorm.aspx

五、住宿費用以週數次計算，一週690元/人，二週1380/人，以此類推，週日至週日為一個計價單位，不足一週以一週計算。提出申請後如不需住宿請先通知生輔組，未告知者將停止接受該生未來申請寒暑住住宿申請之權利！

六、預計繳費時間訂於108年1月3日至108年1月13日。請同學審慎選擇住宿週數。繳費後如無法住宿需於開學後一週內提出申請（2019/2/22截止申請），逾時無法辦理退費。
(進住時需繳交繳費證明，無法提出者，亦不得辦理進宿)

七、寒假登記住宿並完成繳費同學1/13起需移至六宿統一集中住宿。(一、三宿寒假全棟封閉不開放！)

八、非寒假住宿生務必於108年1月13日中午12：00時前遷出，以利宿舍內部整理及寒假住宿進住，不便之處，煩請見諒。

九、進宿時請繳交房門卡保證金100元，領取房門卡乙張或鑰匙一把，撤宿時繳回卡片或鑰匙並清掃環境完成後，退還保證金100元。

十、寒假住宿男女生一律住「學生第六宿舍」四人房，其餘房型不開放申請，價格及時段如下：

STUST 2019 Winter Vacation Housing Application

1.     Date: Nov. 28, 2018, 9:00 AM, to Dec. 12, 2018, 12:00 PM
     Please apply for winter stay during this period.

2.     Target applicants: STUST students

3.     Winter stay period: Jan. 13 to Feb. 15, 2019, 5 weeks in total.
(Go back to your semester room on Feb. 15)

4.     Way to apply: Please register on the Internet and choose how many weeks you will stay. The website is as below (Chinese and English versions are both available.): https://aura.stust.edu.tw/dorm_draw_old/vacation_dorm.aspx

5.     We calculate your staying period by “week” (from Sunday to Saturday). One week is NT$690 per person. Two weeks is NT$1, 380 per person and so on. Once you apply for the dorm, please inform first if you change your mind not to stay, or we may stop your right to apply for the dorm for summer/winter stay in the future.

6.     The estimated payment duration is from Jan.3 to Jan. 13, 2019. Please choose your staying period carefully. After your payment, if you’d like to apply for the refund because of your personal reason, please apply for it in one week after the semester starts (Please submit your application before 2019/2/22.  Overdue application will not be accepted).
(You need to show the receipt while you check in. If you cannot show the receipt, you cannot complete the procedure for check-in.)

7.     Students who complete the register and pay the dorm fee can check in the dorm (dorm VI) for winter stay on Jan. 13.
 (Dorm I & III will be closed during the winter break.)

8.     If you are not the winter stay residents, please move out from the dorm before 12:00PM Jan. 13, 2019 so that the dorm crew can clean the environment for the winter stay residents.

9.     You need to hand in NT$100 deposit for the room key while you check in the dorm. When you check out from the dorm, you need to clean the environment and hand in the room key and then you can take NT$100 refund back.

10.       Students who apply for winter vacation should stay in Dorm VI Quadruple Room. (We’ll rearrange a new room for you during winter break.)
