106-2學期學生宿舍進住相關注意事項：

Dormitory check-in Notice for 2018 Spring Semester  

一、進住時間 Check-in Date：

2018.2.24(六Sat.)～2018.2.25(日Sun.)

   每日上午9點至下午5點半止；請至各宿舍一樓大廳指定位置向宿舍幹部辦理進住手續。服務台/中控室服務時間為上午8:00至晚間9:00，逾時則無法協助。
Please go to the reception and register for check-in from 9:00AM-5:30PM.

1.進住時請攜帶註冊繳費單、學生證、身分證等相關身分證件，以備查驗並發放房門卡。
Please bring your receipt and student ID card to be inspected and get your room key.

2.就貸生請攜帶就貸登錄資料、台銀對保單、可貸金額明細表，以查證貸款金額是否含有校內住宿費。(若未貸校內住宿費，請於開學後補繳就貸差額) Local students who have student loan should bring the documents.

3.如需提前進住者，請至下列網址填寫申請，最早可入住日期為2/23，再提前者請申請寒假住宿：

二、進住時的車輛配合注意事項：
The Notice for vehicles while you check in

1.由於宿舍腹地狹小，車輛不易迴轉及會車，在宿舍區一律以單向行駛，並請配合交管同學指揮及引導。
Due to the outer space of the dorm is small, there’s only one way drive during the check-in periods. Please follow the direction of the crew.

2.車輛進入學校請參閱附件一的地圖，預計星期天中午前後為車潮最大量時段，請事先規劃時段及路線，並自行攜帶搬運工具，以節省時間。
You can check the attachment to see the school map to enter the school. The most crowded period for check-in will be Sunday afternoon.
