111學年度學生宿舍暑假撤、離宿及112學年第一學期進住相關注意事項：

一、 離宿時間:
自112.6.16(五)13:00至17:00,
112.6.8(六) 9:00-17:00
112.6.18(日)9:00-12：00時止。
一、三宿於暑假將完全封閉。(如有特殊狀況，請洽宿管詢問)
二、112.6.18(日)14：00~17：00為六宿暑假第一週進住時間；暑假中非宿舍單位人員陪同，不得以任何理由要求進入第一、三宿舍。
三、寢室整潔：一、三、六宿舍離宿前，以寢室為單位，將房間打掃乾淨，垃圾配合環保，也請分類處理，依學校規定地方丟棄，並經各樓樓長檢查合格後，方可離開。【欲提早離宿者，須先向樓長申請提早檢查。】未依規定配合檢查者將依校規處份。
四、所有同學於撤宿時應繳回房門卡(或鑰匙)，未繳交即擅自撤宿者記過處分。
五、離宿時開放家長／親友進入協助，時間與第一點相同。請住宿生自備搬運工具，以利撤宿。
六、撤宿時的車輛配合注意事項：
1.因宿舍腹地狹小，車輛不易迴轉及會，請配合交管同學指揮及引導停放停車場，車輛不可放置於一、六宿前。
2.家長車輛於G棟前路邊臨停區上行李，請撤宿同學將行李「全部」搬運至Ｇ棟前行李暫放區之後，通知家長與Ｇ棟交管同學，家長車輛行駛至Ｇ棟路邊上行李後離開學校。
3.車輛進入學校請參閱附件2地圖，事先規劃時段及路線，並儘量自行攜帶搬運工具，以節省時間。
七、全體住宿生開學返校預定進住時間為：
新生：112.8.26(六)～112.8.27(日)
新生始業式(新生訓練)
預定112.8.31 (如有變動再行公告)
一般舊生：112.9.2(六)～112.9.3(日)
112.9.4 正式開始上課
每日上午9點至下午5點止；請至各宿舍一樓大廳指定位置向幹部辦理進住手續。
註：
1.進住時請攜帶宿舍繳費單、學生證(新生請帶身分證)等相關證件，以備查驗並發放房門卡。
2.112學年度住宿房號(寢室)最晚可於8月23日上網查詢，或於進住日於各宿服務台查詢。
3.提前進住者請填寫線上申請表單，以利人員管控作業。(八月下旬開放表單填寫)
八、暑假住宿同學請於112年6月18日下午14:00~下午17:00攜帶繳費收據 (第一梯次繳費時間6/7~6/18)及學生證(或相關識別證件)，至六宿大廳辦理進住手續，住宿期間內需遵守宿舍管理辦法。
暑住房號於6月13日開放查詢。

(Any special occasions occur; please report it to
your floor leader.)
Dorm I&III will be closed at 17:00PM on Sunday.
2.
The check-in period for summer stay in
dorm VI will be 14:00-17:00, Jun. 18, Sunday. You cannot enter dorm I&III unless
accompany with the dorm management during the summer break.
3.
Please clean your room while checking
out from the dorm and do the recycle properly. Please make an appointment with
your floor leader for inspection. (If you leave the dorm before Jun. 16, please
give the dorm management an early notice.)
4.
Please hand in your room key while you
check out.
5.
The opposite sex/your friends can
enter the dorm to assist the dorm residents to check out. The opening period is
the same as notice 1.
6.
The estimated check-in period for 2023
Fall semester is:
Freshmen: Aug. 26 & 27 (From 9:00 to 17:00)
Non-freshmen: Sep. 2 & 3 (From 9:00 to 17:00)
(The semester will start at Sep. 4.)
(1) Please bring the payment receipt and student ID with you while
you check in.
(2) The new room number can be found online after Aug. 23.
(3) If you need to take an early check-in or a late check-in,
please apply online first, the application form will be opened at late August.
7.
The check-in period for summer stay
will be 14:00-17:00, Jun. 18. Please bring the payment receipt, Student ID with
