111學年度第一學期期末撤宿及寒假住宿注意事項：

check-out Notice
一、 為配合寒假住宿生進住第六宿舍與各宿舍修繕工程，需要配合淨空的寢室為 (男生70間、女生50間)，如附件1，請將個人物品清空，可裝箱放置於各宿交誼廳。
二、 非淨空寢室同學不用撤宿清空：物品留原房(如有申請下學期調房且調房成功者，也必須將物品清空放置到新宿舍房型的交誼廳)；以寢室為單位，房間需整理乾淨，垃圾自行丟棄，並將個人物品收妥裝箱置放於櫃子內或桌子下方(自行加鎖，遺失概不負責)，經各樓樓長檢查合格後，方可離開【欲提早離宿者，需先向樓長申請提早檢查】。未服從規定者，依各宿幹部呈報論處。
三、 請第六宿舍指定寒住房間(須搬遷淨空)同學於撤宿時間結束前遷出(學校提供13樓交誼廳供同學擺放行李，並請同學將行李裝箱，貼上名條標籤，請宿舍幹部點交件數，整齊擺放)，交誼廳寒假期間將封閉不使用，以利後續清潔檢查進住，未按時遷出者以校規懲處。
四、宿舍撤宿時間自112年1月6日(五)下午13：00至17:00、
1月7日(六) 9:00至17:00，1月8日(日) 9:00至12：00時止。 (寒假住宿第一週進住時間為8日14：00起）
五、離宿時家長／親友進入宿舍協助請配合防疫規定全程配戴口罩，請住宿生自備搬運工具。
六、撤宿時的車輛配合注意事項：
1.校內宿舍腹地狹小，車輛不易迴轉及會車，請配合交管同學指揮及引導停放停車場，車輛不可放置於一、六宿前。
2.期末撤宿時家長車輛可於G棟前路邊臨停區上行李。請撤宿同學將行李「全部」搬運至Ｇ棟前行李暫放區之後，通知家長與Ｇ棟交管同學，家長車輛行駛至Ｇ棟路邊上行李後離開學校。
3.車輛進入學校請參閱附件2地圖，事先規劃時段及路線，並儘量自行攜帶搬運工具，以節省時間。
七、一、三宿舍於112年1月8日18：00時前關閉，請宿舍管理員確實完成檢查後回報關閉，始得離開。
八、111-2住宿生開學返校進住時間為112年2月11日至2月12日兩天；進住時間為每日上午9點至下午5點止。請至各宿舍一樓大廳向宿舍幹部辦理進住手續。
(寒住生最晚於112年2月10日中午12：00時前完成清潔檢查，回到原住宿寢室或將行李置放交誼廳)。
九、111-2住宿費併於學雜費出單繳費。
(住宿為一學年上下學期，如下學期因個人因素不住宿者，請盡速繳交退宿申請表，酌收1/3~1/2下學期住宿費)
十、寒假期間非寒住同學不得以任何理由進入宿舍。
十一、其他有關進、撤宿相關規定洽各宿舍幹部，未盡事宜得另行公告。
111學年度寒假住宿進住
一、寒假住宿同學的房號請於網路查詢（1/4後開放）:

二、寒假住宿時間：112.1.8~112.2.10中午止。
進住六宿時間：112.1.8 14：00後
(係第一週住宿的人適用，最後一週入住請於2/5後辦理進住)。
撤宿時間：112.2.10 中午12：00前。
三、 寒假住宿生繳費時間：111年12月29日至112年1月8日
請務必依規定繳費時間按時繳費，繳費完攜收據辦理進住。
四、繳費方式為上網列印繳費單至銀行繳費或至便利超商繳費

五、1月8日進住時，請攜帶證件、收據，以備查驗及辦理進住。
六、進宿時請領取房門卡乙張，撤宿時繳回卡片並清掃環境完成(請於2月10日中午12:00前完成寒假撤宿，有住宿者可回學期房)。
七、申請住宿者，應恪遵本校相關住宿規範，違犯者依校規處分。

1. There
are 70 boy’s rooms and 50 girl’s rooms
for winter stay and repair work. The list is
as the attachment. Please keep your room clear and pack your luggage to the
living room at 13F.
2.
If your room number is not as the attachment,
you don’t need to move your luggage to other place. All you have to do is pack
and store it in the closet and under the table. Please take the luxuries with
you, the dorm management takes no
responsibility for any items stored, lost, or stolen.
Please ask your floor leader for check-out inspection.
If you don’t follow the directions from the dorm committee members, you may get
demerit points.
3.
If your room number is as the
attachment, please keep your room clear and empty. (You can put your luggage at
the living room on 13F. Please stick a name tag on your luggage.) The living
room will be closed during the winter.
4.
The time for the semester dormitory
check-out is from 2023/01/6 (Fri) 13:00PM to17:00, 2023/01/7 (Sat) 9:00AM to17:00,
2023/01/8(Sun) 9:00AM to 12:00PM (The check-in time for winter stay is on
2023/01/08, after 14:00 PM
5.
While you check out from the dorm, we don’t
accept any non-residents to enter the dorm.
6.
While checking out, please park your
car at the parking lot and bring your own tools to move your luggage.
7.
Dorm I and Dorm III will be closed at
18:00 PM, 2023/1/8.
8.
The check-in time for 2023 spring
semester is from 2023/2/11 to 2023/2/12, 9:00AM to 17:00PM.
(If you stay in the dorm for the winter break, please clean up the winter accommodation
and go back to your previous room on 2023/2/10.)
9. The dorm fee for 2023 spring semester will be combined
with your tuition. You don’t need to pay it separately.
10.
If you don’t apply for the winter
stay, there’s no any excuse or reason for you to enter the dorm.
11.

Please bring your student ID card and
receipt with you when you check in for the winter stay.

While you check out, please hand in
