二、申請對象：本校學生。
三、住宿時間：111年1月9日至2月11日共計五週
(2/11回下學期寢室)
四、申請方式：採上網登錄申請，點選要住週數。網址：

五、因防疫需求，為加強宿舍人員管控，今年度寒假僅開放部分時段提供同學選擇，不在選項內的時段不開放申請，敬請配合！住宿費用以週數次計算，一週690元/人、五週3450/人，週日至週日為一個計價單位，不足一週以一週計算。提出申請後如不需住宿請先通知生輔組，未告知者將考慮停止接受該生未來申請寒暑住住宿申請之權利！

＊繳交金額配合住宿週次，幹部將會嚴格查稽，同學勿存僥倖心理。
六、預計繳費時間訂於110年12月30日至111年1月9日。請同學審慎選擇住宿週數。繳費後如無法住宿需於開學後一週內提出申請（111年2月18日截止申請），逾時無法辦理退費。
(進住時需繳交繳費證明，無法提出者，亦不得辦理進宿)
七、寒假登記住宿並完成繳費同學1/9起需移至六宿統一集中住宿。(一、三宿寒假全棟封閉不開放！)
八、非寒假住宿生務必於111年1月9日中午12：00時前遷出，以利宿舍內部整理及寒假住宿進住，不便之處，煩請見諒。

STUST 2022 Winter Vacation Housing Application

Please apply for winter stay during
this period.
2. Target applicants: STUST students
3. Winter stay period: Jan. 9
to Feb. 11, 2022, 5 weeks in total.
(Go back to your semester room on Feb. 11)
4. Way to apply: Please register on the Internet and
choose how many weeks you will stay. The website is as below (Chinese and
English versions are both available.): https://aura.stust.edu.tw/dorm_draw_old/vacation_dorm.aspx
5. In order to prevent the virus outbreak and
strengthen the management of the dorm residents, we only provide few options
for you to choose your stay. We calculate your staying period by “week” (from
Sunday to Sunday). One week is NT$690 per person. Five-week fee is NT$3, 450
per person. Once you apply for the dorm, please inform first if you change your
mind not to stay, or we may stop your right to apply for the dorm for
summer/winter stay in the future.

6. The estimated payment duration is from Dec.
30, 2021 to Jan. 9, 2022. Please choose your staying period carefully. After
your payment, if you’d like to apply for the refund because of your personal
reason, please apply for it in one week after the semester starts (Please
submit your application before 2022/2/18. Overdue application will not be
accepted).
(You need to
show the receipt while you check in. If you cannot show the receipt, you cannot
complete the procedure for check-in.)
7. Students who complete the register and pay the
dorm fee can check in the dorm (dorm VI) for winter
stay on Jan. 9.
(Dorm I & III will be closed during
the winter break.)
8. If you are not the winter stay
residents, please move out from the dorm before 12:00PM Jan. 9, 2022 so
that the dorm crew can clean the environment for the winter stay residents.
