110學年度第二學期學生宿舍住宿生申請「調整宿舍、房型或房間」及「新申請住宿」相關注意事項：
ㄧ、目前宿舍尚有床位，採填表登記統一作業。
二、申請方式：請填寫下表附件(自行下載列印填寫)後，送生活輔導組登記或傳真(06-2426818 施小姐收)，如傳真表格，請來電以茲確認收件。
三、申請時間：調整房型收件：
110年11月22日起至110年12月3日12:00止。
新申請住宿收件：即日起至宿舍床位額滿為止
四、申請「調整宿舍房型房間」：(表一)
如有欲申請的房型，請註記房型於意願欄中，例(三宿2人雅房)，若無填寫則概不受理；另登記房型數超過房間數則採繳交申請表先後順序方式辦理；若所填意願均無房間可換，則以原住宿房間繼續住宿。(同宿同房型調整比照)
新申請住宿(校外實習、海外研習下學期回校等)：(表二)
如有欲申請的房型，請先行註記於欲申請房型欄中，例(三宿2人雅房)，若與「調整」衝突以「調整」者優先，如有欲同住者，請於其他備註處說明（如有合適房間將安排同住）。
五、下學期空房預計有一宿4人房、5人房、三宿2人雅房、4人房、六宿2人、4人房。(兩人房數量非常稀少，建議選擇4、5人房)
六、結果公告：110年12月30日16:00後於宿網/臉書公告。
七、第二學期新申請住宿同學其住宿費與學雜費合併繳交。
如同學申請住宿並通過審核後，非休、退學身分申請退宿者，將依學生宿舍管理辦法第12條辦理，請同學審慎決定後再行申請宿舍。

Spring Semester Student Dormitory Application for changing the room/room type
or new comers
1. Right now we have some empty beds available for
students to apply.
2. You can fill in the form below and send the form
to Living Supervision Division or FAX to 06-2426818.
3. The application period for changing the room is
from 2021/11/22 to 2021/12/3, 12PM.
The new application will be stopped until the empty beds are full-up.
4. If you apply for changing
the room or adjusting the room type, please fill in the form 1:
If you have favorite room type to apply, please mark it in the willing blank. (Ex:
Dorm VI, single room) If you don’t fill in the blank, we don’t accept your
application. If there are many dorm residents applying for the same room type,
the dorm management will arrange the room through your application sequential
order. If there’s no suitable room type for you, you may stay in your current
room.
If you are a new
comer to apply for the dorm, please fill in the form 2:

Dorm VI, single room)
If there’s no suitable room which you may choose, the dorm management will
choose the room type for you.
5. We estimate that there will be, quadruple rooms, five-person rooms available in Dorm I, girl’s double
rooms, quadruple rooms available in dorm VI, boy’s double room, quadruple room available
in Dorm III and Dorm VI.
6. The result of your application will be announced
on 2021/12/30, 16:00PM.
7. Students who apply for the dorm can pay the dorm
fee with your tuition and miscellaneous fee simultaneously. Once you apply and
have been approved, you cannot apply for check-out unless you transfer, or suspend
from school. Please think twice before you apply for the dorm.
