3.請同學針對宿舍仍需改進的地方提出寶貴意見(請自行上網填寫)。

5.本次意見反映，將於座談會前分送業管單位研處，處理情形並於會中彙整書面資料報告。
6. 因新型冠狀病毒影響，為確保防疫安全且依據衛服部疾病管制署規定，此次活動將以小型的會議方式舉行，由宿委會全體成員代表參加，當日15:30開始報到，於15:50前就位完畢。
7.請各位住宿生向各樓長反應相關問題，並於會議中提出。

opinions about the dorm for discussion through the website. Any comments are
appreciated!

4. The period that you can share your
comments through the Internet: is from Sep. 24, 9:00AM to Oct. 5, 9:00AM.
5. All the comments will be sent to the
responsible divisions and will be replied by paperwork.
6. Participants for the symposium: Due to
the Covid-19 Prevention, we will hold a small symposium this semester. Only
floor leaders and dorm committee members attend the symposium. You can start to
sign in at 15:30 PM and should be seated before 15:50PM.
7. Please give your comments and opinions
to your floor leader. The dorm committee members will organize every opinion
and discuss in the symposium.
